The loft55 sound system WITH FRIENDS At The Kemp

Back on the road once again enjoying a summers day / evening with friends

Hey, thanks for stopping by for a read my friends. Very much appreciate you spending some time following the return of LOFT55 this summer.

Yesterday I finally got the soundsystem back out on the road with a day / evening party here in Kemptown at The Kemp. Dan who runs the place has been a member of The LOFT55 Owners Club here in Brighton for a while now and after a quick chat we both decided that The Kemp is the perfect spot to bring new life into proceedings.

I've had a bit of a history with the venue over the years having done Carnival a few times here and of course bringing Go Bang in Brighton to life back in the late 00's as a citywide micro festival. Naturally, I have a good feel for the space as a result.

What I wanted to ensure with this first return to events was to keep the precise details closely gaurded amongst my friends both pre and post the first 8 years of LOFT55. This I achieved via a personal WhatsApp Group in the most part. No other reason than to maintain a direct connection whilst as always participating just outside the more visible echelons.

The picture collage captures the day / evening that starts the move for LOFT55 into an event space again that will combine both retail and dancing in due course.
