Since LOFT55 started in 2018, I've had no returns whatsoever. To ensure this continues, each individual item continues to be personally checked by myself prior to shipping.

Machine wash on 30 degrees. If requiring ironing remember to turn garment inside out first.

There hasn't been a requirement to return a LOFT55 garment since starting in 2018. Each item is individually scrutinised by myself prior to dispatch to ensure you get quality you can wear with pride. However, should an item arrive that doesn't meet expectations please get in touch. Please take extra care when ordering your size as I cannot refund for errors out of my control at point of purchase.
